Nothing like a spur of the moment decision

mood: crazy. obessessed.

song playing in my pc: That’s What You Get - Paramore

well then, i think i have everything sorted out. i have to work for seven straight days this week, so i could get the next week off. yes, i’m worn out. but next tuesday, i definitely have to be in LA!!! the road to twilight and paramore hysteria begins.  what can i say, im a headbanging teenager at heart. really i am.

so, two weeks ago, i was completely bummed out when i learned that the paramore gig sold out. apparently, they were selling like hotcakes. i heard one store got all wristbands sold out in two hours (wtf?!) i knew it was a moot point, but in desperation, i still tried calling the store. a guy named “john” answered, and hinted me to check back a week after because they “might” have another batch of wristsbands for sale. woohoo! my hopes went up again. and  truly enough, a week later, they announced that four cast members from twilight will be there signing autographs, alongside paramore! additional wristbands up for grabs…

uhh.. paramore PLUS twilight?! how can i refuse?! i have to be there dammit! fate is unkind, as i am stuck in this boring hell-hole of a town. nothing exciting ever happens around here. but im nuts, so i decided to call my cousin, alice in LA. ok what happened after that, i will not go into details. i felt so sorry, embarrassed and guilty, to be buggin alice to go get me those darn wristbands at hollywood and highland center. and just for the record, T-mobile, u suck! my txt messages hardly ever gets through. whats up with that?!

one of the other reasons for my decision to go, is that paramore wont be having any live tours anymore, until maybe around the middle of next year, which for me seems like a long time from now, and since i dont have a clue where ill be located then, this just makes sense.

also, ill be meeting up with Tania in LA. Tania is probably the biggest paramore fan in san luis, ca. LOL. have a safe drive down to LA, tania. but please, be as early as u can. sorry, im kinda fussy. i want to be at a concert within the first few rows, or its just not a concert for me. actually… im spoiled is more probable. hehehe =)

bottom line, i want to go, i really want to go! so now, i have the wrsitbands for the paramore+twilight event, thanks to david and alice! i am so very grateful. of course, getting there is another matter. i hate the long drives going to the airport, and plane ride makes me wanna puke all the time. but thats not gonna stop me, or dampen my spirit. i am super excited to be meeting hayley from paramore, and jackson rathbone aka jasper hale!

whee! see you guys there! \m/

  1. I know exactly what you mean by being stuck in a boring hell of a town. My town’s like it’s frozen in the 80s. THe only good thing about it is that I get to save a lot because there’s nothing to do but go to work and eat. Did I mention the nearest mall is 40 minutes away? Who wants to go shopping with that?

Have fun at the Paramore concert and tWilight! post some pics!

  2. no way, i love the 80’s.. hehe! fyi, our malls here are not really malls. so yeah, i definitely miss shopping, and my cup of starbucks.

going back to answer ur question last time, im not that familiar with nine inch nails, really. my playlist usually includes paramore and lifehouse. those r 2 bands i love.

i am stoked for next week. hope i can get some good pictures out of my crappy cam. hahaha =)

  3. Beeev!! I finally got my first ever copy of the first book of Twilight series! Am reading it now! Finally I get to know what’s the hype all about. (hears fangirls screaming)
